Executive Director,
Renee Tate

Renee has been a vital part of the Bailey Place family since August 2016, starting as Sales Manager and quickly advancing to Area Sales Manager for Louisiana in 2018. In 2019, she became Executive Director, a role she has passionately embraced for nearly six years.

With a strong background in sales focused on enhancing seniors' lives, Renee is dedicated to empowering their independence.

Outside of work, she cherishes her 33-year marriage and is a proud mother of twins. In her free time, she enjoys exploring new places, reading, and creating memories with loved ones.

Team Member Training

Team member training is crucial in senior living as it ensures team members are well-equipped to provide high-quality care and support to residents. Proper training enhances employees' understanding of residents' physical, emotional, and cognitive needs, fostering a safe and compassionate environment.
